First visit: Your initial appointment will consist of a consultation and necessary radio-graphs explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. Occasionally, treatment can be done the same day as the consultation. In most instances oral hygiene forms part of the first appointment. However, a complex medical history or treatment plan will require an evaluation and a second appointment to provide treatment on another day.

Scheduling: DentalCare operates on flexible working hours to accommodate client’s requirements. Early morning, late afternoon appointments can be arranged. We are also available after hours for emergency situations and will endeavour to schedule an appointment to meet patient’s requirements. 

Cancellations: If, for some reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time may incur charges.
